Here you will find the warranty registration for 3 years warranty on the applied materials and construction. To be sure of your warranty, you must complete this registration within 30 days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation by email with the information you provided.

If you have purchased several items on one purchase receipt, you must fill in a form for each article number.

Garantie Defa - DISKLOK-STOPLOCK

U geeft DEFA Europe BV toestemming om de hierna op het aanvraagformulier “3 jaar garantie DEFA Europe BV” ingevoerde gegevens voor de duur van 3 jaar te bewaren uitsluitend voor garantieaanspraken.

Door deze registratie vervalt gedurende deze periode de plicht voor u als consument om zonder het tonen van de gewaarmerkte aankoopbon toch aanspraak te kunnen maken op de fabrieksgarantie op de door ons toegepaste materialen en constructie.

Bij een eventuele terugroep-actie en als u zich aanmeldt voor de nieuwsbrief zal er in de vorm van een mailing gebruik gemaakt worden van het door u verstrekt e-mailadres. Conform de AVG-richtlijn zal uw registratie 2 jaar na aankoopdatum automatisch uit ons garantiesysteem worden verwijderd.

Sie erteilen der DEFA Europe BV die Erlaubnis, die unten auf dem Antragsformular "3 Jahre Garantie DEFA Europe BV" eingegebenen Daten für die Dauer von 3 Jahren ausschließlich für Gewährleistungsansprüche aufzubewahren.

Infolge dieser Registrierung erlischt in diesem Zeitraum die Verpflichtung für Sie als Verbraucher, die Herstellergarantie auf die von uns verwendeten Materialien und Konstruktionen ohne Vorlage des beglaubigten Kaufbelegs in Anspruch nehmen zu können.

Im Falle einer möglichen Rückrufaktion und wenn Sie sich für den Newsletter anmelden, wird die von Ihnen angegebene E-Mail-Adresse in Form eines Mailings verwendet. Gemäß der DSGVO-Richtlinie wird Ihre Registrierung 2 Jahre nach dem Kaufdatum automatisch aus unserem Garantiesystem entfernt.

Wilt u meerdere producten die op 1 aankoopnota vermeld worden, aanmelden voor 2 jaar garantie dan dient u voor ieder artikelnummer een afzonderlijke aanmelding te doen.

Meerdere stuks van 1 soort product kunnen wel binnen 1 aanmelding.

Wenn Sie mehrere Produkte, die auf 1 Kaufschein erwähnt sind, für eine 2-Jahres-Garantie registrieren möchten, müssen Sie für jede Artikelnummer eine separate Registrierung vornehmen.

Mehrere Teile von 1 Art von Produkt können innerhalb von 1 Registrierung durchgeführt werden.

If you want to register multiple products that are mentioned on 1 purchase note for a 2-year warranty, you must make a separate registration for each article number.

Multiple pieces of 1 type of product can be done within 1 registration.

Sleutelnummer staat op het label dat bevestigd is aan de sleutelring.

Die Schlüsselnummer befindet sich auf dem Etikett, das am Schlüsselbund angebracht ist.

Key number is on the label attached to the key ring.

SCM-nummer (zie nummer op de sticker met oranje driehoek) of het Disklok ID-nummer (staat vermeld op de sticker aan de binnenzijde van de Disklok)

SCM-Nummer (siehe Nummer auf dem orangefarbenen Dreiecksaufkleber) oder die Disklok-ID-Nummer (ist auf dem Aufkleber auf der Innenseite des Disklok angegeben)

De datum van aanschaf is bepalend voor de duur van de garantie; niet de datum dat u zich registreert voor de 2 jaar garantie.

Das Kaufdatum bestimmt die Dauer der Garantie; nicht das Datum, an dem Sie sich für die 2-jährige Zusatzgarantie registrieren.
